摘　　要：在铜锍吹炼炼铜生产中,多枪顶吹连续吹炼炉高浓度富氧炼铜是一种固定式、连续吹炼炼铜生产工艺。采用吹炼炼铜工艺,可提高生产效率,取得显著的经济效益。基于此,针对铜锍吹炼炼铜工艺展开研究,通过对工艺原理、多枪顶吹炉工艺配置和结构、生产参数控制、异常炉况处理以及工艺优缺点的研究,强调工艺优势,推动工艺广泛使用。In the copper matte converting process,the high concentration oxygen enriched copper smelting with multi lance top blowing continuous converting furnace is a fixed and continuous copper converting process.Copper converting process can improve production efficiency and achieve remarkable economic benefits.Based on this,the copper matte converting process is studied.Through the research on the process principle,the process configuration and structure of multi-lance top blowing furnace,the control of production parameters,the treatment of abnormal furnace conditions,and the advantages and disadvantages of the process,the process advantages are emphasized to promote the wide use of the process.
