摘　　要：介绍了某滨海铁厂在尽量利用现有设施的基础上,采取封堵主铁沟等主要逸尘区域、改造沟系盖板、设置下拉式厂房墙裙等措施,对高炉炉前环境进行整治的改造实践。改造后出铁场作业环境得到了明显改善,达到了“清洁化”的改造初衷。炉前密闭小室环保效果显著,其在新建高炉尤其是中小型高炉应用越来越广泛。On the basis of maximizing the existing facilities,some measures has been taken,such as sealing the main dust escaping area,reforming the cover plates of the runner system,setting up low dado,etc.The working environment of casthouse system has been improved obviously and the original intention of environmental protection has been achieved.At present,the closed chamber of taphole area has a remarkable effect on environmental protection,whose application is more and more widely at small and medium blast furnaces.
