摘 要:激光源是激光焊机的核心部件,是实现激光焊接的关键。激光源生成的自由激光不能直接作用于工件,要实现焊接,激光焊机对激光源实现控制的同时,还需提供激光传输光路、能量聚焦、冷却和激光气体供应,最终使激光能量作用带钢实现焊接。详述了通快CO_(2)激光源在激光焊机应用中所需的辅助设施,并重点研究了基于DP网络通讯方式下激光源电气控制,最后结合激光源在冷轧产线激光焊机中的实际应用,提出激光源稳定运行措施,保证了激光源工作稳定性。Laser source is the core component of laser welding machine and the key to realize laser welding.The free laser generated by the laser source can not directly act on the workpiece.In order to realize welding,while the laser welder controls the laser source,it also needs to provide laser transmission optical path,energy focusing,cooling and laser gas supply,and finally make the laser energy act on the strip steel to realize welding.This paper briefly describes the auxiliary facilities required by Trump CO_(2) laser source in the application of laser welder,and focuses on the electrical control of laser source based on DP network communication.Finally,combined with the practical application of laser source in cold rolling line,the measures for stable operation of laser source are put forward to ensure the working stability of laser source.
