摘　　要：基于加热炉检测手段不断进步、检测准确性不断提高的现状,介绍了激光分析仪的检测原理、设备组成,分析了激光分析检测技术在石横特钢集团有限公司加热炉炉内燃烧监测中的应用情况,并提出运行控制点和运行效果,为相同加热炉的运行操作提供经验借鉴。Based on the status quo of continuous improvement of furnace detection means and detection accuracy,this paper introduces the detection principle and equipment composition of the laser analyzer,analyzes the application of the laser analysis and detection technology in the furnace combustion monitoring of the heating furnace of Shiheng Special Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,and puts forward the operation control points and operation effects,providing experience for the operation of the same heating furnace.
