急倾斜煤层采煤工艺研究

摘　　要：针对急倾斜煤层的开采问题,通过分析急倾斜煤层的开采工艺,提出了伪倾斜柔性掩护支架采煤方法,并进行实际应用。结果表明,运用该方法后,煤层的顶板位移量为25 mm,稳定性得到很大提升。并且使用机械化设备之后,开采量由原来的264 t/d提高到了510 t/d,开采效率大幅提高,创造了良好的经济效益。In view of the mining problem of steeply inclined coal seams,by analyzing the mining technology of steeply inclined coal seams,this paper puts forward the mining method of pseudo inclined shield supports,and carries out practical application.The results show that the roof displacement of the coal seam is 25 mm after using this method,and the stability is greatly improved.After the use of mechanized equipment,the mining volume has increased from 264 t/d to 510 t/d,and the mining efficiency has been greatly improved,creating good economic benefits.
