摘  要:山西某矿3506综采工作面回采的5号煤层为坚硬顶板,采面回采期间由于采空区悬空面积大、采面矿压显现剧烈等,导致采空区瓦斯涌出量较高,从而给煤炭安全回采带来威胁。为此,提出综合使用顶板弱化、漏风通道封堵、回风隅角埋管预抽等方式进行瓦斯治理,并依据采面现场实际情况对各治理技术方案进行设计。现场应用后,采面回采期间采面来压强度明显降低同时回风隅角以及回风巷内瓦斯浓度均在安全范围内,现场取得较好的应用成果。The No.5 Coal Seam mined in 3506 fully mechanized working face is a hard roof.During the mining of the mining face,due to the large suspended area of the goaf and the severe ground pressure of the mining face,the gas emission in the goaf is high,which poses a security threat to the coal mining of the mining face.Therefore,it is proposed to comprehensively use roof weakening,air leakage channel plugging,air return corner embedded pipe pre drainage and other methods for gas control,and design various control technical schemes according to the actual situation of the mining face.After field application,the pressure intensity of the mining face is significantly reduced during the mining period,and the gas concentration in the return air corner and the return air lane is within the safe range.Good application results have been achieved on the site.
