摘　　要：在简要概述了机械密封的技术要求的基础上,以某轧钢企业为例,从准备工作、安装步骤、日常维护和故障处理等方面,详细分析和研究了该企业轧机轴承机械密封的安装维护策略,以促进轧机轴承机械密封取得良好的应用效果。The technical requirements of mechanical seals are briefly summarized.Taking a steel rolling enterprise as an example,the installation and maintenance strategy of mechanical seals for rolling mill bearings in this enterprise is analyzed and studied in detail from the aspects of preparation,installation steps,daily maintenance and fault handling.The practical application shows that the application level of mechanical seal for rolling mill bearing is greatly improved and good application effect is achieved.
