摘　　要：分析了高校管理队伍建设中存在的问题以及大数据在高校管理队伍建设中的重要作用。提出了新时代高校管理队伍建设的主要路径。认为应促进信息化技术在高校教学和日常管理工作中的应用。This paper analyzes the current situation of college management in the new era and the important role of the big data technology in the construction of college management teams in the new era,put forward the main path and direction of strengthening college management team construction based on the big data technology,and further promote the application of information technology in college teaching and daily management.
