摘 要:随着我国智能电力系统建设的逐步推进,也逐步实现了配电自动化。配电网多采用小电流接地系统,单相接地故障是一种较为常见的故障类型,因此对单相接地故障进行诊断定位对于保证配电网的安全、稳定、可靠运行意义重大。本文通过对小电流接地系统的故障信息进行深入分析,提出了基于方向信息值的故障诊断方法,并对方向信息值的特征进行了深入的分析。经过实际测试,本文所提出的方法能够对单相接地故障发生的区段进行准确的定位,便于进行故障的快速处理,缩短停电时间,提高供电连续性和稳定性。With the gradual advancement of China′s intelligent power system construction, distribution automation has also been gradually realized.The distribution network mostly adopts small-current grounding system, and single-phase grounding fault is a more common fault type, so it is significant to diagnose and locate single-phase grounding fault to ensure the safe, stable and reliable operation of the distribution network.This paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on the directional information value through an in-depth analysis of the fault information of the small-current grounding system, and provides an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the directional information value.After practical tests, the method proposed in this paper can accurately locate the zone where the single-phase grounding fault occurs, facilitate rapid fault handling, shorten the outage time, and improve the continuity and stability of power supply.
