摘　　要：依据电机产品试验项目和方法,结合矿用采煤机、运输机等综采综掘设备配套矿用电动机维修特点,提出了矿用电动机综合试验台的整体设计方案;详细介绍了系统试验的能力、系统结构和原理和测试系统的特点;给出了具体的测试方法和测试的主要内容。电动机综合试验台采用分布式单元测试模式,能自动进行堵转、空载试验及工频耐压等实验,可对测试结果自动分析和判断,并将测试结果进行储存、统计分析。According to the test items and methods of motor products, combining coal-winning machine, conveyor and other package for mining motor service characteristics, propose a whole design plan of the combined test desk of the mining motors, detail system test ability, system construction and priciple and characteristics of the test system and give out a specific test method and main test contents.The combined test desk of the motor adopts a distributed unit test model, which can automatically carry out blocking, empty load and power-frequency with stand vohage tests and so on, It can make automatic analysis and judgement and can carry out storage and statistic analysis for the test results.
