摘  要:本文分析了一起500千伏变电站220千伏正副母Ⅱ段母线跳闸事故。通过对一次、二次设备进行检查,结合闸刀本体检查、试分合检查、闸刀状态检查等现场处理情况,研究事故闸刀的分闸原理,发现事故原因为传动部件卡涩且动静触头间存在脏污,引起分闸失败,由于错误判断闸刀位置,正母闸刀动静触头虚接,拉弧放电而造成母差保护动作跳闸。本文针对此类事故提出开展220千伏母线改造工程,实现局部网架优化补强等其他后续措施,以解决类似500千伏变电站同段220千伏母线,接入多个变电站后,造成的网架结构不稳定问题,提高供电可靠性,保证电网稳定运行。This paper analyzes a 220kV main and auxiliary bus Ⅱ section bus trip accident in a 500kV substation.Through the inspection of primary equipment and secondary equipment, combined with the on-site processing conditions such as the inspection of the knife switch body, the test opening and closing inspection, and the inspection of the state of the switch, the opening principle of the accident knife switch is studied.It was found that the cause of the accident was the jamming of the transmission parts and the contamination between the dynamic and static contacts, which caused the failure of the switch to open.In addition, the position of the switch is wrongly judged, and the dynamic and static contacts of the main bus switch are in virtual connection, causing arc discharge and tripping of the bus differential protection action.In response to such accidents, this paper proposes to carry out the 220kV busbar reconstruction project to realize the optimization and reinforcement of local grids and other follow-up measures.In order to solve the problem of unstable grid structure after connecting to multiple substations in the same section of 220kV busbar of similar 500kV substation, improve the reliability of power supply and ensure the stable operation of the power grid.
