摘　　要：试块是超声检测必备的重要器材。为保证钢板超声波探伤检测结果的准确性,须用一个带有人工制作的平底孔钢板试块对检测系统进行校验。鉴于此,具体阐述核电堆内构件用不锈钢Z2CN19-10NS超声检测用对比试块的设计、制作、平底孔尺寸的检验及校准,并对自行研制的对比试块在实际检测中的应用进行了验证。实际检测应用表明,自行研制的不锈钢Z2CN19-10NS超声检测用对比试块完全满足相关标准及项目检测技术要求,校验稳定性好,检测结果准确、可靠。Test block is an important equipment for ultrasonic testing.For the ultrasonic flaw detection of steel plate,in order to ensure the accuracy of the detection results,a steel plate test block with a manually made flat bottom hole must be used to verify the detection system.This paper describes the design,fabrication,inspection and calibration of the flat bottom hole size of the reference block for ultrasonic testing of stainless steel Z2CN19-10NS for nuclear reactor internals,and verifies the application of the self-developed reference block in actual testing.The actual test application shows that the self-developed stainless steel Z2CN19-10NS reference block for ultrasonic testing fully meets the relevant standards and project testing technical requirements,has good calibration stability,and the test results are accurate and reliable.
