摘  要:针对呼伦贝尔某公司锌系统氧压浸出过程中硫元素、硫酸根相互转化机理进行研究,并在实际生产中进行了应用。通过实验研究及生产实践验证可知,在浸出温度超过160℃后,降低浸出液酸度,提高釜压,有利于提高硫元素转化成硫酸根,因此在生产实践过程中,通过调整釜内后段浸出温度来调整硫元素转化的状态,进而保证生产的平稳性。The conversion mechanism of sulfur element and sulfate radical in the process of oxygen pressure leaching of zinc system in a company in Hulunbeier was studied and applied in practical production.It can be seen from the experimental research and practical production verification that after the leaching temperature exceeds 160℃,reducing the acidity of the leaching solution and increasing the kettle pressure are conducive to improving the conversion of sulfur into sulfate.Therefore,in the actual production process,the transformation state of sulfur is adjusted by adjusting the leaching temperature in the rear section of the kettle to ensure the stability of production.
