摘　　要：鉴于节能涂料被广泛应用于不同领域,简要介绍了节能涂料的基本概念及其应用,详细分析了节能涂料的材料特性,设计了加热炉节能涂料的基本应用方案,并确定了主要参数。通过对加热炉内部结构进行优化处理,以期实现节能减排、节约能源目标。The energy-saving coatings are widely used in different fields.This paper briefly introduces the basic concept and application of energy-saving coating,analyzes in detail the material characteristics of energy-saving coating,formulates the design scheme of energy-saving coating for heating furnace,and determines the main parameters.The internal structure of the heating furnace is optimized to achieve the goal of energy conservation,emission reduction and energy conservation.
