摘 要:我国不锈钢事业发展迅速,不锈钢退火酸洗线所产生的NO_(x)废气会加剧环境污染,氮氧化物会对人类生活、环境造成十分严重的影响,国家对NO_(x)废气排放提出了全新标准,要求也更加严格,出台了很多的政策与法规。基于此,从SCR法处理NO_(x)废气机理入手,结合其特点,确定选用GJ-HC型低温催化剂,以及使用“喷淋吸收+预热+换热+加热+SCR反应+换热”工艺,所得结论仅供参考。The cause of stainless steel in China is developing rapidly.The NO_(x) exhaust gas generated from the annealing and pickling line on stainless steel will aggravate the environmental pollution,and the nitrogen oxides will have a very serious impact on human life and the environment.The country has put forward a new standard for NO_(x) exhaust gas emission,and the requirements are more strict,and many policies and regulations have been issued.Based on this,starting from the mechanism of treating NO_(x) waste gas by SCR method,and combining its characteristics,GJ-HC low temperature catalyst is selected,and the process of"spray absorption+preheating+heat exchange+heating+SCR reaction+heat exchange"is used.The conclusions are for reference only.
