摘　　要：对某钢厂中厚板生产线上的11辊矫直机各矫直辊工作载荷进行计算,并根据计算结果对矫直机传动装置的结构形式进行设计。设计采用由三电机分布式输入,将减速箱与齿轮分配箱融为一体的结构。同时将矫直机传动装置进行整体建模,对关键零部件进行分析和优化。设计获得的矫直机传动装置结构紧凑,载荷分配均匀,可靠性和使用寿命高。In this paper,the working load of each leveling roll of the 11 roll flattener on the heavy plate production line of a steel plant is calculated,and the structural form of the drive system of the flattener is designed according to the calculation results.The design adopts three motor input,which integrates the reducer and the gear distribution box.The drive system of the flattener is modeled,and the key parts are calculated,analyzed and optimized.The drive system of the flattener has compact structure,uniform load distribution,high reliability and service life.
