摘　　要：针对河钢宣钢2号连铸机因为现有设备老化严重造成了废品率较高的现状,通过分析,认为结晶器液面控制不稳定是造成铸坯表面结疤等缺陷的重要原因之一。根据该分析结果,进一步阐述对连铸结晶器液面控制系统进行改造的总体思路、实施方案和效果等。In view of the high scrap rate of the No.2 continuous caster in HBIS Group Xuangang due to the serious aging of the existing equipment,through analysis,it is considered that the unstable control of the mold liquid level is one of the important reasons for the defects such as scabs on the slab surface.According to the analysis results,the overall idea,implementation plan and effect of the reform of the continuous casting mold level control system are further elaborated.
