摘  要:在钢材的真空精炼过程中,RH顶吹氧技术因其优良的精炼功能,可以轻易实现钢水的脱氧、脱气、脱碳、脱硫以及钢水的成分精调,成为当前我国超低碳钢、高洁净钢生产的一项重要技术。以南钢炼钢厂在生产实践中应用RH顶吹氧技术为例,介绍了RH顶吹氧工艺在南钢炼钢厂的具体应用及其吹氧升温对耐材的熔损情况,并对其成本控制情况进行分析,提出了铝化学加热的后续调整计划。In the vacuum refining process of steel,due to its excellent refining function,RH top blowing oxygen technology can easily realize deoxidation,degassing,decarburization,desulfurization of molten steel and fine adjustment of the composition of molten steel,becoming an important technology in the production of ultra-low carbon steel and high clean steel in China.Taking the application of RH top blowing oxygen technology in the production practice of Nangang Steelmaking Plant as an example,this paper introduces the specific application of RH top blowing oxygen technology in Nangang Steelmaking Plant and the melting loss of refractory caused by oxygen blowing temperature rise,analyzes its cost control,and puts forward the subsequent adjustment plan of aluminum chemical heating.
