摘　　要：大石桥市震宇耐火材料镁质耐火砖浸盐处理后,需要经热处理窑进行干燥除去水分。基于以往热处理窑存在的问题,针对性地对热处理窑设计了进出口准备室、热风循环装置、热风量分区PLC控制系统等方案,有效地保障了镁质耐火砖材料浸盐处理后热处理窑所需的热工制度,实践应用效果理想。Magnesia refractory brick needs to be dried in a heat treatment kiln to remove moisture after salt treatment.Based on the existing problems of the heat treatment kiln in the past,the inlet and outlet preparation room,hot air circulation device,hot air partition PLC control system and other schemes are designed for the heat treatment kiln,which effectively guarantee the thermal system required by the heat treatment kiln after the salt treatment of magnesia refractory bricks,and the practical application effect is ideal.
