摘 要:基于某矿综放工作面回采过程中出现的上隅角瓦斯超限现象,结合瓦斯浓度超限原因机采空区漏风、顶板裂隙瓦斯积聚以及采空区遗煤瓦斯溢出等提出了三种上隅角综合治理方案。通过采空区埋设胶管预抽采瓦斯、设置L型堵风装置调节风量、高位钻孔抽采顶板瓦斯等对瓦斯进行治理,经后续工作面推进回采测试,瓦斯治理效果显著。Based on the phenomenon that the upper corner gas exceeds the limit in the mining process of a fully mechanized top coal caving working face in a mine,combined with the reasons for the gas concentration exceeding the limit,air leakage in the mechanical goaf,gas accumulation in the roof fissures,and gas overflow from the goaf,three comprehensive treatment schemes for the upper corner are proposed.The gas is controlled by embedding rubber hose to pre extract gas in the goaf,setting L-type air blocking device to regulate air volume,and high level drilling to extract roof gas.The subsequent mining test of the working face shows that the gas control effect is significant.
