水压致裂技术在两硬煤层顶板的应用研究

摘  要:针对安平煤业在5-1层两硬煤层顶板工作面岩层强度高、初采及回采时难以及时垮落的问题,在8121工作面采用水压致裂技术进行初采预裂和切顶卸压。在切眼布置两排预裂孔,第一排在正帮,方位角为90°,仰角为50°,钻孔直径为Φ50 mm,施工深度为34 m,孔间距为15 m。第二排在副帮,方位角为270°仰角为80°,钻孔直径为Φ50 mm,施工深度为25 m,孔间距为15 m,与正帮钻孔相间7.5 m布置。通过实施分段多次压裂方式,弱化顶板岩层强度,显著降低了工作面初次垮落步距,工作面未产生飓风,同时也降低了工作面周期来压步距和强度,保障了工作面安全生产。In view of the problem that the roof working face of the 5-1 hard coal seam in Anping Coal Industry is difficult to collapse in time due to the high strength of the rock stratum during the initial mining and stoping,the hydraulic fracturing technology is used in the 8121 working face to carry out preliminary mining presplitting and roof cutting pressure relief.Two rows of presplitting holes are arranged in the cut hole.The first row is at the right side,with an azimuth angle of 90°,an elevation angle of 50°and a drilling diameter ofΦ50 mm,construction depth 34 m,hole spacing 15 m.The second row is located at the auxiliary side,with an azimuth of 270°and an elevation of 80°,and a drilling diameter ofΦ50 mm,the construction depth is 25 m,the hole spacing is 15 m,and the hole is arranged 7.5 m alternately with the wall drilling.The strength of roof rock stratum is weakened by implementing staged and repeated fracturing,and the first collapse step of the working face is significantly reduced.The working face does not produce hurricane.At the same time,it also reduces the periodic weighting step distance and strength of the working face,and ensures the safe production of the working face.
