摘  要:目的分析常用中药注射液对基于Trinder反应常规生化项目的剂量效应。方法选取体检健康者30例,抽取其混合血清作为基础标本,以基础标本与水的混合液作为对照组样本,试验组样本为舒血宁注射液、丹参注射液、黄芪注射液、参附注射液、注射用丹参多酚与基础标本制成的混合液。分别检测对照组及试验组样本中甘油三酯(TG)、尿酸(UA)、磷(P)、总胆固醇(TC)、葡萄糖(Glu)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、肌酐(Cr)水平,计算5种药物是否对各项生化项目存在干扰。结果舒血宁注射液对TG、UA、P、TC、Cr等生化项目存在干扰可能,丹参注射液对TG、TC、Cr、UA、Glu、HDL等生化项目有干扰可能,黄芪注射液对TG、Glu、Cr有干扰可能,参附注射液对TG、UA、Glu、HDL、Cr有干扰可能,注射用丹参多酚对UA、Glu、HDL、Cr、TG、P、TC等各项生化项目均有干扰可能。根据各中药注射液对生化项目的分析结果,分别对存在干扰的各项指标进行线性回归分析,结果显示,舒血宁注射液对UA、Cr均存在负向干扰;丹参注射液对UA、Cr、TG存在负向干扰;黄芪注射液对GLU存在正向干扰;参附注射液对GLU、UA存在正向干扰,对Cr存在负向干扰。结论舒血宁注射液、丹参注射液、黄芪注射液、参附注射液、注射用丹参多酚可能干扰部分生化项目检测结果,能够在一定程度指导临床检测工作。Objective To analyze the dose effect of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine injections on routine biochemical items based on Trinder reaction.Methods Thirty healthy subjects for physical examination were selected,their mixed serum was taken as the basic specimen,the mixture of basic specimen and water was taken as the control group sample,and the samples in the experimental group were the mixtures of Shuxuening injection,Danshen injection,Astragalus injection,Shenfu injection,salvia polyphenols for injection and basic specimens,respectively.The triglyceride(TG),uric acid(UA),phosphorus(P),total cholesterol(TC),glucose(Glu),high density lipoprotein(HDL),creatinine(Cr)in the samples of the control group and the experimental group were detected respectively,and whether the five drugs interfered with each biochemical item was calculated.Results Shuxuening injection might interfere with biochemical items such as TG,UA,P,TC,Cr,etc.Danshen injection might interfere with biochemical items such as TG,TC,Cr,UA,Glu,HDL,etc.Astragalus injection might interfere with TG,Glu,Cr.Shenfu injection might interfere with TG,UA,Glu,HDL,Cr.Salvia polyphenol for injection might interfere with UA,Glu,HDL,Cr,TG,P,TC and other biochemical items.According to the analysis results of each traditional Chinese medicine injection on biochemical items,the linear regression analysis was carried out for each index with interference,and the results showed that Shuxuening injection had negative interference on UA and Cr;Danshen injection had negative interference on UA,Cr and TG;Astragalus injection had positive interference on GLU;Shenfu injection had positive interference on GLU and UA,and negative interference on Cr.Conclusion Shuxuening injection,Danshen injection,Astragalus injection,Shenfu injection,and Salvia polyphenols for injection may interfere with the test results of some biochemical items,and can guide clinical testing to a certain extent.
