摘  要:目的调查西藏亚东县鼠类的种群分布及鼠密度。方法2021年7月,在亚东县按照不同海拔高度和不同生境选取6个监测点,采用夹夜法捕鼠,鉴定鼠种并计算鼠密度。结果2021年7月1-5日,在亚东县6个监测点共布放鼠夹352只,捕获鼠类3种47只,包括高原鼠兔25只、草原田鼠13只、小家鼠9只。优势鼠种为高原鼠兔,占53.19%,主要分布于蕃拉山口和桑珠曲林等高寒草甸区域。牧区的鼠密度较高,其中桑珠曲林最高,为25.0%;其次为帕里镇一居委和蕃拉山口,分别为18.33%和14.84%。林区的鼠密度较低,杰林村为10.0%。结论西藏亚东县牧区鼠密度较高,高原鼠兔是优势鼠种。应根据鼠类的生活习性和生存地域,采取防治措施,控制鼠传疾病。Objective To investigate the population distribution and density of rodents in Yadong county,Tibet.Methods According to different altitudes and environments,6 surveillance sites were selected,and night trapping method was used to capture rodents in July 2021.The rodent species were identified and rodent density was calculated.Results A total of 352 traps were used at 6 sampling sites in 1-5,July 2021,and 47 rodents belonged to 3 species were captured,including 25 Ochotona curzoniaes,13 Microtus ochrogasters and 9 Mus musculuses.The dominant species was Ochotona curzoniae,accounted for 53.19%,which was mainly distributed in alpine meadow areas such as Fola Pass and Sanju Truling.The rodent density was higher in pastoral areas,with the highest rate of 25.0%in Sanju Truling,followed by 18.33%and 14.84%in Pagri Towenship first residence committee and Fola Pass,respectively.The rodent density was lower in forest region,with 10.0%in Jelin village.Conclusion The rodent density was higher in the pastoral areas of Yadong county,Tibet,and Ochotona curzoniae was the dominant species.Prevention and control measures should be taken according to the living habits and areas of rodents to control rat-borne diseases.
