摘  要:目的调查阿勒泰红山嘴口岸地区鼠类携带无形体和埃立克体的情况。方法2019年在新疆阿勒泰红山嘴口岸捕获鼠类,用巢式PCR扩增无形体和埃立克体16S rRNA基因,阳性扩增产物测序后进行序列比对分析。结果在红山嘴口岸地区共捕获鼠类2科6属7种211只,其中长尾黄鼠181只。无形体和埃立克体的阳性率为2.84%,长尾黄鼠的阳性率为3.31%,其他鼠种未检出。经测序比对分析发现3份样本(ALT-18、ALT-58、ALT-110)与埃立克体序列相似性为100.00%,3份(ALT-136、ALT-195、ALT-272)与嗜吞噬细胞无形体序列相似性为99.64%。结论红山嘴口岸鼠类尤其是长尾黄鼠携带埃立克体和嗜吞噬细胞无形体,提示该地区可能存在无形体和埃立克体的自然疫源地。Objective To investigate the carrying of Anaplasma and Ehrlichia of rodents at Hongshanzui port of Altay.Methods The rodents were captured at Hongshanzui port in Altay,Xinjiang,in 2019,amplified Anaplasma and Ehrlichia 16S rRNA by nested PCR.The positive amplification products were sequenced and analyzed.Results A total of 211 rodents of 7 species in 2 families,6 genera were captured in Hongshanzui port,including 181 Spermophilus undulatus.The positive of Anaplasma and Ehrlichia was 2.84%,and its positive rate of Spermophilus undulatus was 3.31%,and other rodent species were all negative.The sequence analysis found that 3 samples(ALT-18,ALT-58,ALT-110)were Ehrlichia sp.with the similarity of 100.00%,3 samples(ALT-136,ALT-195,ALT-272)were Anaplasma phagocytophilum with the similarity of 99.64%.Conclusion The rodents at Hongshanzui port,especially the Spermophilus undulatus,carring Ehrlichia and Anaplasma phagocytophilum,suggested that there might be a natural epidemic focus of Anaplasma and Ehrlichia in the area.
