摘 要:目的验证14种常用消毒剂对脊髓灰质炎病毒的灭活效果。方法根据《消毒技术规范》,以脊髓灰质炎病毒1型疫苗株(PV-1)为指示病毒,用终点稀释法测定病毒感染滴度,采用悬液法和载体定量法进行中和剂鉴定和病毒灭活试验。结果在试验条件下,次氯酸钠、次氯酸水、二氯异氰尿酸钠、二氧化氯、过氧化氢、70%~80%乙醇、乙醇与过氧化氢复方消毒剂、聚维酮碘分别对PV-1作用1 min,灭活对数值均≥4.00;单过硫酸氢钾复合盐、过氧乙酸、复合季铵盐分别作用10~40 min,对PV1的灭活对数值均≥4.00;而苯扎氯铵及溶菌酶复方消毒液、银离子、聚六亚甲基双胍等消毒剂,在既定作用时间T及1.5T内对PV-1灭活对数值均<4.00,达不到消毒要求。结论70%~80%乙醇能快速灭活脊髓灰质炎病毒;足量有效成分的含氯消毒剂和过氧化物类消毒剂在短时间内可灭活病毒,复合季铵盐类消毒剂对脊灰病毒灭活效果较差。Objective To verify the inactivation effect of 14 disinfectants on Poliovirus.Methods According to the"Technical Standard for Disinfection",Poliovirus-1 vaccine strain(PV-1)was used as indicating virus.The titer of virus infection was determined by end-point dilution method,neutralizer identification and virus inactivation test were carried out by suspension method and carrier quantitative method.Results Under the experimental conditions,PV-1 was treated with sodium hypochlorite,water hypochlorite,sodium dichloroisocyanurate,chlorine dioxide,hydrogen peroxide,70%-80%ethanol,ethanol and hydrogen peroxide compound disinfectant,povidone iodine for 1 min,respectively,the inactivation log value were all above 4.00.The inactivation of PV1 were all greater than or equal to4.00 when treated with single potassium bisulfite compound salt,peracetic acid and quaternary ammonium salt for 10-40 min respectively.However,the inactivation of log value PV-1 of benzalammonium chloride,lysozyme compound disinfectant,silver ion,polyhalimethylene biguidine and other disinfectants were all less than 4.00 within the set period duration time T and 1.5T,which could not meet the disinfection requirements.Conclusion Poliovirus could be inactivated by 70%-80%ethanol quickly.Chlorine-based disinfectants and peroxide disinfectants with sufficient active ingredients could inactivate Poliovirus in a short time,but compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants had poor inactivation effect on the virus.
