摘　　要：我国远洋渔业发展迅速,远洋捕捞海域由过去的西非海域发展到现在的东非、南亚、南美、南太平洋、北太平洋等40多个国家和地区。近年全球传染病疫情形势严峻,给远洋渔船带来较高的检疫风险。本文结合我国远洋渔船的现实情况与特点,梳理了现阶段我国远洋渔船卫生检疫监管中存在的问题,通过总结分析为我国远洋渔业经济进一步可持续发展提出合理化的对策与建议。China’s pelagic fishery is developing rapidly,the deep-sea fishing area had developed from West Africa to more than 40 countries and regions such as East Africa,South Asia,South America,the South Pacific and the North Pacific.In recent years,the global infectious diseases epidemic was grave,which brought a higher risk of quarantine to ocean-going fishing vessels.Based on the actual situation and characteristics of China’s ocean-going fishing vessels,this paper sort out the problems found in health quarantine supervision of ocean-going fishing vessels in China at present,and made a summary and analysis,in order to realize the further sustainable development of Chinese ocean-going fishing economy,put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.
