摘 要:近年来,作为数字经济时代中的商业新模态——知识付费产业异军突起,不仅革新了传统知识服务行业的管理理念,也成为当前新兴文化产业中的有力竞争者,且倒逼传统图书馆行业对知识服务模块进行转型升级。基于此,本文探讨了知识付费的内涵及发展态势,以SOLOMO营销理论为指导,借鉴知识付费的商业模式,构建了图书馆SOLOMO知识服务模式。图书馆可以基于SOLOMO知识服务模式,利用社交平台开展交互与共享服务,基于位置进行个性化信息推送,借助移动终端开展知识云服务,探索最优的知识服务管理模式,提升知识服务质量。As a new business model in the digital economy era, the unexpected emergence of the knowledge payment industry in recent years has not only innovated the management concept of the traditional knowledge service industry but has also become a strong competitor in the current emerging cultural industry. It has compelled traditional libraries to transform and upgrade their knowledge service module. Based on this point, this paper discusses the connotation and development trend of knowledge payment. It is guided by the SOLOMO marketing theory, takes the business model of knowledge payment for reference, and constructs the library SOLOMO knowledge service model. Based on the SOLOMO knowledge service model, the library can carry out interaction and sharing service using social platforms, push personalized information to the readers based on location, carry out knowledge cloud service with mobile terminals, explore the optimal knowledge service management model, and try to improve the quality of the knowledge service.
