摘  要:在全球气候治理的背景下,数字经济缓解碳排放的作用日益凸显。基于我国2006—2019年的省域数据,运用主成分分析法构建数字经济衡量指标,引入中介效应模型,构建数字经济、产业结构转型与碳排放的理论机制,并实证检验了三者之间作用机理。研究发现:数字经济对碳排放具有显著的抑制作用;产业结构转型是数字经济作用于碳排放的重要传导渠道;数字经济、产业结构转型对碳排放的影响存在区域异质性,数字经济对碳排放的直接影响东部地区明显高于中西部地区,东中部地区不存在产业结构转型的中介效应。且研究结果通过了稳健性检验。为我国发展数字经济降低碳排放、实现“双碳”目标提供实证支撑。Under the background of “the carbon peak and carbon neutral goal”, the role of digital economy in mitigating carbon emissions has become increasingly prominent. Based on the provincial data from 2006 to 2019, this paper uses the principal component analysis method to form the digital economy measurement index, introduces the intermediary effect model, constructs the theoretical mechanism of digital economy, industrial structure transformation and carbon emission, and empirically tests the interaction mechanism among the three. It finds that: digital economy has a significant inhibitory effect on carbon emission;the transformation of industrial structure is an important transmission channel of digital economy on carbon emission;there is regional heterogeneity in the impact of digital economy and industrial structure transformation on carbon emissions;the direct impact of digital economy on carbon emissions in eastern China is significantly higher than that in central and western China, and there is no mediating effect of industrial structure transformation in eastern and central China. And the results passed the robustness test. The research results provide empirical support for China to reduce carbon emissions and achieve the carbon peak and carbon neutral goal through the development of digital economy.
