经济结构失衡背景下经济增长的提升路径研究--基于2010-2020年湖南省地级城市面板数据分析

摘　　要：构建经济结构失衡测度指标体系,测度2010-2020年湖南省各地级市的经济结构失衡程度,并运用双向固定效应模型研究经济结构失衡对经济增长的影响。结果表明:湖南省各地级市均处于失衡状态,但整体上呈下降趋势,其中,失衡最严重的是投资消费结构失衡和国际收支结构失衡;经济结构失衡对经济增长具有促进作用,但是产业结构失衡和国际收支结构失衡会抑制经济增长。在未来经济结构调整中,应聚焦产业结构和国际收支结构,积极推进产业结构优化升级,着力提高对外开放水平,加强国际合作,进而促进湖南省经济持续健康增长。An index system for measuring economic structure imbalance is built to measure the degree of the imbalance of the economic structure of various cities in Hunan Province from 2010 to 2020. And a two-way fixed effect model is used to study the impact of the imbalance on economic growth. The results show that all the cities in Hunan Province are in a state of imbalance, but the overall trend is downward. The most serious ones are the imbalance of investment and consumption structure and that of the international balance of payment structure. The imbalance of economic structure can promote economic growth, but the imbalance of industrial structure and international balance of payment structure can inhibit economic growth. In the future economic restructuring, we should focus on the industrial structure and the balance of payment structure, actively promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, strive to improve the level of opening up, and strengthen international cooperation, so as to promote the sustainable and healthy economic growth of Hunan Province.
