摘　　要：目的:建立完善益气通络胶囊质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对益气通络胶囊中的黄芪、当归、地龙、川芎进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定益气通络胶囊中芍药苷的含量。结果:黄芪、当归、地龙、川芎薄层色谱鉴别主斑点清晰,专属性强,阴性无干扰;HPLC含量测定芍药苷在0.098~1.96μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。r=0.9996(n=6),平均加样回收率102.67%,RSD值为0.9%(n=6)。结论:本实验建立分析方法简单、准确、稳定、重复性好,适用于益气通络胶囊的质量控制。Objective:To establish and perfect the quality standard of Yiqi Tongluo Capsules.Method:Thin-layer chromatography(TCL)method was used for the qualitative identification of Radix Astragali,Radix Angelica sinensis,Pheretima and Rhizoma Chuanxiong in Yiqi Tongluo Capsules.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was used for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Yiqi Tongluo Capsules.Result:TCL identification of Radix Astragali,Radix Angelica sinensis,Pheretima and Rhizoma Chuanxiong showed clear main spots,with strong specificity and negative interference.The content determination of paeoniflorin by HPLC showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.098-1.96μg(R=0.9996,n=6).The average recovery was 102.67%,and RSD value was 0.9%(n=6).Conclusion:The analysis method established in this study is simple,accurate,stable and reproducible,which is suitable for the quality control of Yiqi Tongluo Capsules.
