摘 要:东莞滨海湾大桥主桥采用对称空间扭索独柱塔斜拉桥,跨径布置为(60+200+200+60)m,塔梁固结体系。桥塔采用钢-钢壳混凝土混合塔,高149.8 m,中、下塔柱采用钢壳混凝土组合结构,利用钢材的可塑性满足桥塔建筑造型及外观质量的需求,利用内、外壁钢壳与混凝土的相互约束作用提高钢结构稳定性并形成核心混凝土,充分发挥两种材料优势;上塔柱采用纯钢塔,局部构件传力清晰且有效减轻结构自重;钢塔柱与钢壳混凝土组合塔柱交界面通过承压隔板、塔壁板、竖向加劲肋等保证传力连续。主梁采用分离式钢箱梁,全宽60 m。塔梁固结处桥塔结构连续,主梁通过局部加厚的顶、底板及多道纵、横隔板与桥塔连接。斜拉索为锌铝合金镀层平行钢丝索,标准抗拉强度1770 MPa。结构分析表明,该桥静力、抗震、抗风性能均满足规范要求。该桥利用BIM平台融合建筑、设计、计算、钢结构智能化制造及装配化架设等应用场景,可为类似桥梁建设提供参考。The main bridge of Binhaiwan Bridge in Dongguan is a cable-stayed bridge with two spans of 200 m and two spans of 60 m.The bridge features its mono-column pylon rising 149.8 m and the twisted cable planes.Fixed with the deck,the pylon consists of a central and a lower steel shell-concrete composite section and an upper steel section.A steel shell-concrete composite structure was selected,considering the composite action of the plasticity as well as tensile strength of steel and the compressive strength of concrete.The inner and outer steel shells and the core concrete can confine each other to improve the stability of the structure,resulting in the effective utilization of the advantages of the two materials.The upper steel section has clear load transfer path and reduces the self-weight of the pylon.To ensure the smooth load transfer,at the intersection of the steel pylon column and the steel shell-concrete composite pylon column,tailored elements are added,including the load bearing diaphragms,extra wall plates,and vertical stiffening ribs.The superstructure consists of split box girders,with a total width of 60 m,and is fixed with the pylon via thickened top and base plates and multiple longitudinal and transverse diaphragms.The stay cables constitute of Zn-Al alloy coated parallel steel wires of a nominal tensile strength of 1770 MPa.The structural analysis demonstrates that the static,seismic and wind resistant performance of the bridge can meet the code requirements.The BIM platform of the bridge integrates application scenarios of architecture,design,calculation,intelligent manufacturing and modularized assembly of steel structures,which can be referenced by other similar projects.
