摘  要:廊坊市交通中心工程上跨京沪高铁段采用跨度布置为(118+268+118)m的上加劲连续钢桁梁桥。为保证桥梁结构的使用寿命,对该桥耐久性及安全防护进行设计。采用梁端压重、固定支座体系、优化局部构造细节、超高性能混凝土复合桥面铺装体系等多项结构设计措施保证桥梁结构自身的耐久性;采用长效涂装体系结构防腐措施保证钢结构外部防腐的耐久性。采用可视化检查小车、养护维修小车及健康监测系统等结构外在养护设备,保证结构运营期间及时得到检修与管理,耐久性得以维护。针对上跨既有高速铁路桥梁安全防护的特殊要求,采用桥面安全防护、新型防脱落高强度环槽铆钉及多功能防落梁措施,满足了施工及运营情况下桥梁安全防护要求,防护效果较好。The part of Langfang Transportation Center Project that overpasses the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway is a reinforced continuous steel truss girder bridge with a main span of 268 m and two side spans of 118 m.To ensure the required service life of the bridge,the durability and safety protection were attached great concern in design.Multiple structural design measures were taken,including placing counterweights at girder ends,using fixed bearing system,optimizing local structural details,and employing a UHPC composite deck system.A long-lasting coating system was implemented to ensure the durability of the corrosion resistance of the surfaces of steel structures.The bridge is equipped with visual inspection trolley,maintenance trolley and health monitoring system for timely inspection and maintenance at service stage.To meet the special safety protection requirements of bridge overpassing an existing high-speed railway,measures,including adding deck safety protection facilities,using new anti-loosening high-strength ring groove rivets and multi-functional unseating prevention device,are taken to protect the safety of the bridge at the construction and service stages,and the protection effect is good.
