摘  要:为了研究混凝土搅拌车车架结构在工作中的受力情况,对其进行虚拟试验分析。首先考虑到在实际情况中车架需承受不同的载荷,需在多种工况下对其进行结构分析;根据求解出的应力及变形云图等对结构不合理处进行优化设计;再按照相同边界条件对优化后的结构进行结构静力学分析,最后通过分析结果验证其结构合理性。T In order to study the stress of concrete mixer frame structure in practical work, virtual test analysis is carried out. Firstly, considering that the frame needs to bear different loads in the actual situation, it is necessary to carry out structural analysis under various working conditions. According to the solved stress and deformation cloud diagram, the unreasonable structure is optimized and designed. Then the optimized structure is analyzed by structural statics according to the same boundary conditions. Finally, the rationality of the structure is verified by the analysis results. It provides reference for frame structure analysis and optimization design of this kind of special purpose vehicle.
