摘　　要：磷肥材料在生产制作过程中会产生大量热能,必须经过专业的余热降温锅炉处理后方可排放到大气中,否则会对空气环境造成严重的热污染问题,因此在硫磺制酸磷肥生产中必须使用余热锅炉,以此吸收多余烟汽热量。余热发电系统主要负责对高能蒸汽进行处理操作,对各项参数进行调整分配,自身并不具备蒸汽生产能力,且抽汽式汽轮机组无法对多余蒸汽进行有效消化,在运转过程中蒸汽压力、温度以及流量等会受到磷肥生产负荷的直接影响,因此需要对传统生产系统进行优化调整,降低汽轮机组运转负荷、提高温度、压力和空气控制效果,以此才能保证磷肥生产过程的稳定性与安全性。基于此,本文通过实例案例进行分析,以Woodward 505E型号控制器为主要研究对象,探究磷肥生产过程中余热发电汽轮机组优化控制效果,以期为磷肥生产企业创新发展提供一定参考帮助。Phosphate fertilizer materials will generate a lot of heat energy in the production process, which must be treated by a professional waste heat cooling boiler before being discharged into the atmosphere, otherwise it will cause serious thermal pollution to the air environment. It does not have the steam production capacity, and the extraction steam turbine unit cannot effectively digest the excess steam. During the operation process, the steam pressure and temperature Therefore, it is necessary to optimize and adjust the traditional production system, reduce the operating load of the steam turbine unit,and improve the temperature, pressure and air control effect, so as to ensure the stability and safety of the phosphate fertilizer production process.. Based on this, this paper analyzes an example case, takes the Woodward 505E controller as the main research object, and explores the optimal control effect of the waste heat power generation steam turbine in the process of phosphate fertilizer production, in order to provide some reference for the innovation and development of phosphate fertilizer production enterprises.
