足三里注射新斯的明与开塞露塞肛对产后尿潴留的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析足三里注射新斯的明与开塞露塞肛在产后尿潴留护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析东莞康华医院2017年1月-2019年6月期间收治的44例产后尿潴留患者临床资料,以护理方式的不同为分组依据,即接受臀部肌肉注射新斯的明处理的患者设为参照组(22例),接受足三里注射新斯的明与开塞露塞肛处理的患者设为研究组(22例)。记录2组排尿时间、首次排尿量与满意度。结果研究组排尿时间短于参照组,首次排尿量多于参照组,存在显著差异(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后尿潴留患者给予足三里注射新斯的明与开塞露塞肛,可缩短排尿时间,并促进排尿,有助于满意度的提升。Objective e To explore the application effect of acupuncture point injection of neostilamine and kexalu anal plug in postpartum nursing patients.Methods The clinical data of 44 patients with postpartum urinary retention who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and the dfferences in nursing methods were used as the basis for grouping,that is,the patients who received intramuscular injection of Neos in the buttocks were set as the reference.Group(22 cases),patients who received Zusanli injection of neostigmine and Kaisailusai anal to treat urinary retention were set as the study group(22 cases).The urination time,first urination volume and satisfaction after nursing in the two groups were recorded.ResultsAfter nursing,the urination time in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the first urination volume was more than that in the reference group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with postpartum urinary retention,the injection of Neostigmine and Kaisailu plug anus in Zusanli can shorten the urination time,promote urination,and contribute to the improvement of patient satisfaction.
