摘 要:埃塞俄比亚亚的斯亚贝巴—吉布提铁路Sebeta-Mieso段沿线外部电网系统薄弱,全线9座牵引变电所采用了环进环出的外部电源进线设计方案,需要进行特殊的保护设计。不同于国内常规牵引变电所外部电源进线一主一备的运行方式,本文结合外部电源进线环进环出的特点,根据埃塞外部电网实际情况及运营习惯,在牵引变电所外部电源进线采用大并联运行方式基础上,设置了主变保护、馈线保护和线路保护,并对该线路牵引变电所保护整定值进行详细计算。埃塞亚吉铁路的牵引变电所保护整定方案可为类似国外项目保护及定值设计提供借鉴。The external power grid system along Sebeta-Mieso section of Addis Ababa Djibouti Railway in Ethiopia is weak.The design scheme of loop-in and loop-out external power incoming lines is adopted for 9 traction substations along the line,which requires special protection design.It is different from the operation mode of one main and one standby external power incoming line adopted by the conventional traction substations in China.Combined with the characteristics of loop-in and loop-out of the incoming lines of external power supply,according to the actual situation and operation practice of Ethiopia's external power grid,based on the large parallel operation mode of the incoming lines of external power supply in the traction substation,the main transformer protection,feeder protection and line protection are set,and the protection setting values of the traction substation on the line are calculated in detail.The protection setting scheme of traction substation of Ethiopia Addis Ababa Djibouti Railway can provide reference for protection and setting design of similar foreign projects.
