摘　　要：品过香喷喷的腊八粥,紧随时令的脚步,新年的倩影已离我们越来越近。过年了,提起一个“年”字,许多人都会精神为之一振,心头不由漾起一阵温暖,但凡中国人,男女老少没有人不爱过年的。当然,除了过年,中国的传统佳节还有很多,每一个节日都异彩纷呈各具特色,这些,在《中国古代岁时节日》一书中,都能找到相应的历史佐证。As we taste the hearty Laba congee and follow seasonal footsteps, a beautiful new lunar year is getting closer and closer to us. When the Spring Festival comes, many people will be revitalized and feel unconsciously warm when they speak of it. For all the Chinese, everyone loves to spend the Spring Festival regardless of gender and age. As a matter of course, in addition to the Spring Festival, there are many traditional festivals in China, each of which is uniquely wonderful with its own characteristics. Their corresponding historical evidence can also be found in a book titled Seasonal Festivals in Ancient China. Each of these seasonal festivals shines and luminates life in the bright pearls dotted in the depth of history, sufficient to make those ordinary days especially lively.
