摘  要:采用微氧化与丙烯气预沉积相结合的方法对碳纤维预制体进行预处理,以改善碳/碳复合材料民用飞机刹车盘的磨损性能,提高使用寿命。惯性台试验结果表明,相对于未经预处理的刹车盘组件,经预处理的刹车盘全寿命阶段平均磨损率降低了30.47%,具有良好的提高刹车盘寿命的作用,平均减速率与未经处理时相当,不损害刹车性能。预制体微氧化起到了对碳纤维表面磨蚀和“粗化”的作用,同时丙烯气预沉积处理能够使最初沉积的碳基体和碳纤维获得良好界面结合,从而改善碳盘的磨损性能。Carbon fiber pre-deposition was pretreated by the combination of slight-oxidation and propylene gas predeposition to improve the wear performance and improve the service life of the brake disks of carbon/carbon composite materials. The inertial bench test results show that, compared with the untreated brake disc assembly, the average wear rate of the whole life stage of the pretreatment brake disk is reduced by 30.47%, which has a good effect on improving the life of the brake disk, the average deceleration rate is comparable to that when untreated and does not damage the braking performance.Pre-deposition slight-oxidation acts as abrasion and "coarsening" of the carbon fiber surface, while propylene gas pre-deposition treatment enables the good interface of the initially deposited carbon matrix and carbon fiber, thus improving the wear performance of the carbon disk.
