摘 要:以氧化石墨烯与纳米回形针状聚苯胺为原料,通过水热法制备还原氧化石墨烯/纳米回形针状聚苯胺复合水凝胶,讨论了不同投料比对于复合水凝胶宏观性状、微观形貌与电化学性能的影响。使用扫描电子显微镜、电化学工作站对样品进行测试,分析结果表明:纳米回形针状聚苯胺与还原氧化石墨烯的有效复合,使得复合水凝胶具有三维结构,能承受一定的压力。当氧化石墨烯与聚苯胺的投料比为1∶1时,得到还原氧化石墨烯/纳米回形针状聚苯胺复合水凝胶在扫描速率为5 mV/s时的比电容为513 F/g,优于之前报道材料的比电容。由于其良好的力学性能和电化学性能,此复合水凝胶有望应用在超级电容器领域。Reduced graphene oxide/polyaniline nanoclips composite hydrogels were prepared by hydrothermal method using graphene oxide and polyaniline nanoclips as the precursors.The effect of feed ratio on the macroscopic structure, micro-morphology, and electrochemical property of the composite hydrogel was studied.The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical workstation.The results showed that the efficient combination of reduced graphene oxide and polyaniline nanoclips resulted in the formation of the composite hydrogel with three-dimensional structure.The hydrogels could withstand weights.When the feed ratio of reduced graphene oxide and polyaniline nanoclips was 1∶1,the specific capacitance of the as-prepared composite hydrogel was 513 F/g at a scan rate of 5 mV/s, which was better than those of the reported materials.Because of its good mechanical property and electrochemical performance, this composite hydrogel could be used in the field of supercapacitor.
