分形理论下GFRP筋纤维再生混凝土梁抗弯性能研究

摘  要:为研究纤维掺量对再生混凝土梁的裂缝分形特征以及抗弯性能的影响,制作体积率分别为0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的12根GFRP筋玻璃纤维再生混凝土梁进行四点弯曲试验,通过试验梁表面裂缝的演化研究其抗弯性能。结果表明:GFRP筋玻璃纤维再生混凝土梁的抗弯性能随纤维掺量的增加而增强,至1.0%时达到最佳;而纤维掺量提升至1.5%时反而减弱。试验梁表面裂缝具有自相似性,测得60 kN下试验梁的分形维数为1.09~1.22;分形维数随着纤维掺量增大至1.0%先减小,而处于1.5%掺量时略微上升,符合试验梁在不同纤维掺量下的宏观破坏情况。同时,拟合得出分形维数与荷载等级和跨中挠度的关系曲线近似呈对数正相关,两者的函数形式相似,且拟合系数的大小受纤维掺量的影响规律与分形维数一致。In order to study the influence of fiber mixing on the fracture fractal characteristics and bending performance of recycled concrete beams, 12 GFRP reinforced concrete beams with volume rate of 0%,0.5%,1.0% and 1.5% were made for four-point bending test, and studied through the evolution of the fracture of the test beam surface.The results show that the bending performance of GFRP reinforced glass fiber recycled concrete beam increases with the increase of fiber mixing, reaching the best at 1.0% and weakening the fiber mixed bending performance at 1.5%.The surface crack of the test beam is self-similar and the fractal dimension of the test beam at 60 kN is 1.09~1.22.The fractal dimension decreases first as the fiber incorporation increases to 1.0%,but increases slightly at 1.5%,which is basically conforms to the macroscopic destruction of the test beam under different fiber mixing amount.At the same time, the relationship curve between the fractal dimension and the load level and the mid-span deflection of the beam is approximately log-positive, whose function forms are similar, and the size of the fitting coefficient is affected by the fiber mixing law which is consistent with the fractal dimension.
