摘　　要：目的:分析我国报纸中精神障碍患者主题新闻报道的内容特征与变化趋势,为完善相关精神卫生法规政策提供参考。方法:在慧科新闻数据库中选择有代表性的报纸,通过关键词检索,收集2012-2020年精神障碍患者相关主题新闻报道共989篇,采用内容分析法对媒体性质、新闻主题、报道信源等进行定量编码分析。结果:精神障碍患者主题报道数量呈先增后减的趋势,2013年报道数量最多(305篇,占30.8%),之后逐年递减;非党报类的报道数量每年均高于党报类;报道主题最多的是司法实践与公民权利(377篇,占38.1%);党政机关(454篇,占45.9%)是主要的信息来源。结论:近年来精神障碍患者主题新闻报道数量总体呈下降趋势,且呈现出事件性、非党报集中性、媒体聚集性等特点,建议政府加强政策引导,落实有力举措,促进精神障碍患者相关新闻信息真实准确、客观全面传播。Objective: To analyze the content characteristics and changing trend of reports related to patients with mental disorder in Chinese newspaper, so as to provide references for improving relevant mental health laws and policies. Methods: The representative newspapers in Huike news database were selected, and 989 news reports on patients with mental disorder from 2012 to 2020 were collected by keyword retrieval. Content analysis was used to conduct quantitative coding analysis on media nature, news topics and news sources. Results: The number of reports on patients with mental disorder increased first and then decreased. The number of reports in 2013 was the largest(305, accounting for 30.8%), and then decreased year by year. The number of reports in non-Party newspapers was higher than that in Party newspapers every year. The most frequently reported topic was judicial practice and civil rights(377, accounting for 38.1%). Party and government organs(454, accounting for 45.9%) were the major news sources. Conclusion: In recent years, the number of news report on patients with mental disorder has generally shown a downward trend, and has presented the characteristics including events, centralization of non-Party newspaper and aggregation of media. It is suggested that the government should strengthen policy guidance and implement effective measures to promote news reports on patients with mental disorder to disseminate in an appropriate and objective way.
