摘 要:软弱破碎带是矿山井巷工程中一种典型的地质构造,对巷道开挖施工及长期稳定性具有重要影响。针对穿过软弱破碎带的矿山平巷,软弱破碎带的倾角是巷道能否保持稳定的关键影响因素。以某矿山平巷工程为背景,采用岩石真实破裂过程分析软件RFPA,对不同倾角软弱破碎带下平巷动态开挖过程中围岩破裂演化进行数值模拟,研究不同倾角软弱破碎带对巷道稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:软弱破碎带对工程围岩破裂演化方式具有显著作用;不同倾角的软弱破碎带对工程围岩稳定性的影响程度不同;随着软弱破碎带倾角的减小,井巷工程围岩稳定性逐渐降低。并根据软弱破碎带区段的地质条件,提出对应的支护措施,以实现安全高效开挖的目的。In mining roadway engineering, the vulnerable broken zone is a typical geological structure, which has an important effect on roadway excavation construction and long-term stability.For the horizontal mine roadway passing through the vulnerable broken zone, the dip angle of the vulnerable broken zone is the key factor affecting whether the roadway can maintain stability.In this paper, taking the horizontal roadway construction project of a mine as the background, using the realistic failure process analysis software RFPA,the numerical simulation of the surrounding rock failure evolution in the dynamic excavation process of the horizontal roadway in the vulnerable broken zones with different dip angles is carried out to study the influence of the vulnerable broken zones with different dip angles on the stability of the roadway.The results show that the vulnerable broken zone has a significant effect on the failure evolution mode of engineering surrounding rock.The influence degrees of vulnerable broken zones with different dip angles on the stability of engineering surrounding rock are different.With the decreasing dip angle of the broken zone, the stability of surrounding rock in roadway engineering decreases gradually.esides, the study put forward corresponding supporting measures based on the geological conditions of the vulnerable broken zone, to realize safe and efficient excavation.
