摘 要:为了明确柱塞气举工艺选井的压力条件以及建立更为准确有效的工艺可行性判别方法,利用U形管原理对实际柱塞工艺井的井筒结构进行简化,建立了柱塞在井底和井口位置的状态模型,得出了工艺可行性判别图版。通过柱塞气举实验和现场实际生产数据对模型的准确性进行验证,实验数据验证准确率为87.5%,现场实际数据验证准确率为80%,准确度较高。研究结果表明:所建立的模型可判断柱塞在井筒中是否可以运行至井口将液体带出,因此,既可以用于柱塞工艺可行性判别条件之一,也可以作为已经实施了柱塞工艺气井的废弃指标,同时,在模型的实际应用中,依据实际井况建立的判别图版可简便快速的获取判断结果。In order to clarify the pressure conditions of plunger gas lift well selection and establish a more accurate and effective process feasibility discrimination method,the U-tube principle was used to simplify the wellbore structure of the actual plunger process well and build up the state model of the plunger at the bottom of the well and the wellhead position,thus obtaining the process feasibility discrimination chart.The accuracy of the model was verified by the plunger gas lift experiment and the actual field production data.The accuracy of the experimental data verification was 87.5%,and the accuracy of the actual field data verification was 80%,with high accuracy.The research results show that the model established can be put into practice to judge whether the plunger can run to the wellhead in the wellbore to bring out the liquid.Therefore,it can not only be used as one of the conditions for judging the feasibility of plunger technology,but also can be used as the abandonment index of gas wells that have adopted plunger technology.Meanwhile,in practical applications of the model,the discrimination chart established according to the actual well conditions can be used to easily and quickly obtain the discrimination results.
