摘　　要：该文以南华大学2016—2020年就业数据为样本,从毕业去向、毕业生反馈及用人单位反馈等维度开展调查研究,统计分析新时代背景下核工程类毕业生满意度、工作稳定性、专业相关度、对教育教学反馈及用人单位使用评价等相关数据。该文认为要提升核工程类专业本科毕业生就业质量,应该尊重人才成长规律,推进人才培养方案改革;顺应新时代新工科一流本科教育需求,打造一流本科专业课程;完善多主体协同育人模式,培养学生创新能力;融入“三全育人”理念,提升学生就业能力。The paper takes the employment data of graduates of the nuclear engineering major in University of South China from2016 to 2020 as subject by using questionnaire survey from the aspect of employment direction, graduates feedback,employers feedback. Then, the paper counts and analyzes the collection data, including graduates satisfaction, job stability, work and professional relevance. The paper believes we can improve the employment quality of nuclear engineering graduates. Firstly, we will respect the law of talent growth and advance the reform of talent training programs.Secondly,we should respond to the need of first-class education in the new era and build first-class professional courses. Thirdly, we can improve the multi-agent cooperative education mode and cultivate students’ innovative ability. Fourthly, we can enhance students’ employability based on the concept of "three complete education".
