摘　　要：目的构建以应对为焦点的乳腺癌患者家庭韧性干预方案。方法理论及文献研究形成干预方案框架;对相关科室护理人员、患者及家属进行结构式访谈形成干预方案初稿;对17名相关领域专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询,进一步完善干预方案,最终形成乳腺癌患者家庭韧性干预方案终稿。结果理论及文献研究结果初步确定以应对为焦点的3个系统、6个主题干预方案;结构式访谈和专家函询明确了1对1网络家庭会议干预形式及内容;2轮专家函询专家权威系数分别为0.822、0.840,协调系数Kendall’s W分别为0.061(P>0.05)、0.146(P<0.01)。最终形成以应对为焦点的乳腺癌患者家庭韧性干预方案。结论本研究构建的乳腺癌患者家庭韧性干预方案具有科学、实用和可行性,可用于乳腺癌患者的家庭护理。Objective To construct a coping-focused family resilience intervention(CFFRI)program for breast cancer patients.Methods The framework of a CFFRI program was constructed after theoretical research and literature review.Conduct structured interviews with nurses,patients and their families in breast cancer-related departments to form the first draft of intervention program.According to the results of two rounds of expert consultations of 17 experts in related fields with Delphi technique,the intervention program was further revised to form the final version of CFFRI program.Results The draft of the CFFRI program consisted of three systems and six themes.Structured interviews and expert consultations identified the form and content of one-to-one online family meeting.Expert authority coefficient of the two rounds of consultation was 0.822 and 0.840,respectively;the Kendall’s W coefficient 0.061(P>0.05)and 0.146(P<0.01),respectively.Conclusion The CFFRI program for breast cancer patients constructed in this study is scientific and feasible,and can be used for home care of breast cancer patients.
