摘  要:目的构建专业型护理硕士研究生临床实践效果评价指标体系,为促进规范化护理硕士研究生临床实践培养提供参考。方法以柯氏模型为理论框架,通过文献分析法、Delphi专家咨询法及层次分析法,筛选指标并确定各级指标权重,构建专业型护理硕士研究生临床实践效果评价指标体系。结果2轮咨询问卷有效回收率分别为94%、100%,专家的权威系数分别为0.805,0.821,Kendall’s W系数分别为0.387,0.291,经χ^(2)检验,均P<0.001。最终确定的专业型护理硕士研究生临床实践效果评价指标体系包括4项一级指标(反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层)、10项二级指标和40项三级指标。结论构建的专业型护理硕士研究生临床实践效果评价指标体系可为全面评估专业型护理硕士研究生临床实践效果、不断改进临床培养模式提供量化依据。Objective To construct an evaluation index system for clinical practice effect of Master of Nursing Specialist(MNS)students,and to provide reference for promoting the training of standardized clinical practice of nursing postgraduates.Methods Taking the Kirkpatrick Model as the theoretical framework,an evaluation index system for clinical practice effect of MNS students was constructed after literature review.Delphi expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process were used to screen the indicators and determine the weight of indicators at all levels.Results The effective response rate of two rounds of expert consultation was 94%and 100%,respectively;the authority coefficient of experts 0.805,and 0.821,respectively,and the Kendall’s W coefficients 0.387 and 0.291,respectively(all P<0.001).The final evaluation index system of clinical practice effect of MNS students consisted of 4 first-level indicators(reaction,learning,behavior and result),10 second-level and 40 third-level indicators.Conclusion The constructed evaluation index system of clinical practice effect of MNS students provides quantitative basis for the comprehensive evaluation of clinical practice effect and continuous improvement of clinical training model.
