摘  要:为优化螺旋输送机输送性能,利用EDEM软件完成倾角、转速、填充率、螺距对螺旋输送机输送能力影响的正交试验,获得影响螺旋输送机输送能力的主次因素为转速、倾角、螺距、填充率,确定最优参数为转速110 r/min、倾角30°、螺距180 mm、填充率25%,并对最优参数进行运动分析和螺杆应力分析。结果表明:螺旋输送机工作时颗粒在前部为减速运动,在中部为匀速运动,在尾部为加速运动;螺旋输送机的输送能力为0.521;螺杆应力变形较小,整体结构较好。In order to optimize the conveying performance of the screw conveyor,the orthogonal experiment of the influence of inclination angle,rotating speed,filling rate and screw pitch on the conveying capacity of the screw conveyor is completed by EDEM software,and the influence of factors affecting the conveying capacity of the screw conveyor is obtained,ranking from top to bottom as,rotating speed,inclination angle,screw pitch,and filling rate.The optimal parameters are determined as the rotation speed of 110 r/min,the inclination of 30°,the pitch of 180 mm,and the filling rate of 25%,and the motion analysis and screw stress analysis of the optimal parameters are carried out.The results show that when the screw conveyor is working,the particles are decelerating at the front,moving at a uniform speed in the middle,and accelerating at the rear;the conveying capacity of the screw conveyor is 0.521;the screw stress deformation is small,and the overall structure is better.
