摘  要:针对黑龙江省受气候和地理位置双重影响下苗期易发生低温冷害,造成苗不齐不壮,导致玉米产量受损等问题,该文从种子包衣技术入手,展开不同种衣剂处理对玉米幼苗生长及生理指标影响的研究,以期得到有效缓解玉米苗期低温的种衣剂剂型。结果表明,35%噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂(300 g/kg)+4%精甲霜灵·咯菌腈种子处理悬浮剂(100 g/kg)+60 g/L戊唑醇悬浮种衣剂(100 g/kg)+抗性诱导剂(2 g/kg)+红色金美粒(成膜剂)(300 g/kg),可缓解玉米幼苗低温伤害带来的生长抑制作用,降低MDA、脯氨酸含量,提高幼苗抗氧化酶活性,有效缓解低温冷害对玉米幼苗带来的伤害。Aiming at the problems of low temperature and chilling damage at seedling stage in Heilongjiang Province under the dual influence of climate and geographical location,resulting in uneven and weak seedlings and damage to corn yield,this paper starts with seed coating technology and develops different seed coating treatments for corn seedlings.Research on the effects of growth and physiological indicators in order to obtain a seed coating formulation that can effectively alleviate the low temperature in the maize seedling stage.The results showed that 35%thiamethoxam suspended seed coating agent(300 g/kg)+4%methylene fluoxonil seed treatment suspension(100 g/kg)+60 g/L pentazolol suspension seed coating agent(100 g/kg)+resistance inducer(2 g/kg)+red golden plum(film forming agent)(300 g/kg)can alleviate the growth inhibition of maize seedlings,reduce MDA and proline content,improve the antioxidant enzyme activity of seedlings,and effectively alleviate the damage caused by cold damage to corn seedlings.
