摘  要:为提高波纹管疲劳寿命计算精度,建立了一种综合考虑成形影响和材料循环特性的波纹管疲劳寿命计算有限元模型。基于ABAQUS平台计算获得了波纹管成形后的实际轮廓和壁厚,利用FE-safe软件提取了材料稳态循环滞后应力应变曲线,计算出波纹管疲劳寿命,并与理论计算值、理想模型结果和实验结果进行了对比。结果表明:考虑成形与循环滞后影响的波纹管疲劳寿命仿真模型可以有效提高计算精度,其与实验结果误差在12%以内;理想模型误差范围为14%~62%;理论计算值结果误差最大。In order to improve the calculation accuracy of bellows fatigue life,a new FE model is developed with considering the deformation of bellows in hydroforming and the material cycle characteristics.The actual contour and wall thickness of bellows after forming are calculated based on ABAQUS platform.The material cycle lag stress-strain curve is extracted by FE-safe software.The strength of bellow is analyzed,and then the fatigue life is calculated based on the results of strength analysis.The simulated results are compared with the ones calculated by EJMA,simulation value of the theoretical model and experimental values.The experimental results show that the model is reliable to predict the fatigue life with a maximum relative error of 12%.The theoretical model error range is 14%~62%;the theoretical calculation result has the largest error.
