摘 要:为了提高某钢厂板坯连铸机的使用寿命,提高生产稳定性和作业率及提升产品质量,对该板坯连铸机扇形段进行了重新设计。通过计算分析扇形段滑板间隙与锁死行程极限差以及辊缝偏差之间的影响规律,从而确定最优的板坯扇形段导向滑板方式和滑板间隙。研究表明:外侧滑板设置为长滑板、内侧滑板设置为短滑板优于外侧滑板设置为短滑板、内侧滑板设置为长滑板,不容易出现卡死现象;此外,辊缝偏差随着滑板间隙的增大而逐渐增大,但趋势逐渐减缓。计算分析后,上框架与侧框架之间的滑板间隙设计为0.5 mm,外侧滑板设置为长滑板,内侧滑板设置为短滑板,有利于提高扇形段运行稳定可靠性,改善连铸机生产作业效率。In order to improve the service life of slab caster, production stability, operation rate and product quality, the sector section was redesigned. By calculating and analyzing the influence law between the slide plate clearance of the sector section and the limit difference of the locking stroke, as well as the roll gap deviation, the optimal guide slide plate mode and slide plate clearance of the slab sector section are determined. The research shows that the outside slide plate is set as long slide plate, the inside slide plate is set as short slide plate, which is better than the outside shortand the inside long, so it is not easy to jam.In addition, the roll gap deviation gradually increases with the increase of slide plate gap, but the trend gradually slows down. After calculation and analysis, the sliding plate gap between the upper frame and the side frame is designed as 0.5 mm, the outer sliding plate is set as a long sliding plate, and the inner sliding plate is set as a short sliding plate, which is conducive to improving the stability and reliability of the sector section and improving the production efficiency of the continuous casting.
